The Overview

WellEasy is an online membership grocery store with a difference. It provides access to over 1,500 healthy and organic foods at wholesale (and counting).

When a startup grows fast, it takes some missing due to the scale. We focus mainly on tracking events that don't fit at all with the Shopify platform and marketing campaign.

The Solution

We went into the settings and normalised double events, wrong and missing tracking funnel steps and events in the customer journey. If we have a gap when tracking our data in our shop, we'll never understand what is working correctly, and it doesn't.
